Paintwork inspection
Prior to booking we like to offer a paintwork inspection for accurate quotes, assist with any concerns and most importantly create a detail to suit.
These types of details are designed for cars with swirls, scratches, bird etchings and oxidized paintwork.
It requires a high degree of skill and time to be carried out to a high standard which is why we wont offer anything less than making a true difference.
Machine polishing - whats included..
Machine polishing using Flex rotary and dual action polishers after multiple paint depth readings are taken from each panel of the vehicle to ascertain the degree of correction that is achievable, testing various pad and compound combinations creating the best possible results whilst managing your expectations and what's achievable with your vehicles paintwork.
It all starts with our:
- Exterior safe wash, including alloys/tyres and arches deep cleaned.
- Door shuts & trims/rubbers deep cleaned.
- Fully decontaminating your vehicles paintwork and glass windows of tar deposits, iron fallout and any other contaminants.
- Your paintwork is then ready to clay bar removing what isn't visible to the eye, this preparation ensures your paintwork is ready to be machine polished.
- Paint depth readings taken prior to testing/completing to find your vehicles perfect compound, pad and machine combination to get the best results for each cutting stages and finishing stages that is required for its Multi stage detail.
- Panel wipe/IPA to remove all compound and oils inbetween stages ensuring the paint is perfectly clean for the next stage/s.
- Paintwork and alloys treated to a dedicated paintwork sealant. *Both these options can be upgraded to our ceramic coating option at additional costs*
- Glass windows treated with a glass sealant to help improve visibility in wetter days/months.
- Exhaust tips cleaned & polished.
